THE HOUSE
High Peak House is a completely private holiday cottage and sleeps 8, making it the ideal place to enjoy special moments with large families or groups of friends. With spacious rooms and fantastic outdoor spaces, it is perfect for a relaxing break whether you choose to stay indoors or go out.
THE LOCATION
Located on the boundary of the Peak District National Park, the holiday cottage has a number of fantastic walks right on the doorstep. If you're looking for a walking holiday then High Peak House is the perfect choice as once you've arrived you can just leave the car for the duration of your stay and set off each day on foot. The nearby village of Tintwistle has a great selection of eateries and activities. Enjoy a teacake and a cuppa at the cafe overlooking the reservoir. You can also hire rowing boats or try your hand at fly fishing. The nearest pub is just a five minute walk away and serves cask beers and home cooked food. Manchester Airport is just 25 minutes away, and Manchester and Sheffield city centres are just a short drive if you fancy a shopping trip.
