SPACIOUS BEDROOMS
The 4 bedrooms provide ample room for up to 8 guests and are comprised as follows: - King room (with TV) - Double bedroom - Twin room - Downstairs bedroom (double or twin, with TV) The downstairs bedroom can be configured as a double or an additional twin. Please let us know if you have a preference and we will set this up for you. All bedrooms are elegantly furnished with comfortable beds and boast spectacular views over the local countryside.
LUXURIOUS BATHROOMS
The holiday cottage boasts two luxurious bathrooms. The main bathroom features a large walk-in shower and a corner bath with shower attachment. Perfect for a long soak after a good walk! There is a second bathroom on the ground floor with a shower and WC.
COSY LIVING SPACES
The lounge features a large wood burning stove so you can sit back and get cosy with a good book in winter months. Or if being online is more your thing, we've got you covered there with Netflix and Disney+ on all TVs and fast wifi throughout the house.
FAMILY KITCHEN
The kitchen is at the heart of the holiday cottage and provides a large dining area and a log burner to make family meal times extra special. The space is well equipped with all the crockery and utensils you are likely to need and has a fridge freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher. A separate utility room provides all the essentials for your stay; including a washing machine, clothes airer and ironing board.
THE GREAT OUTDOORS
To the front of the house the old porch makes a great place to sit and take in the breathtaking Peak District views and enchanting wildlife that passes by. We are regularly visited by pheasants, hares, deer and birds of prey. Sometimes even the odd owl will come and perch in the garden. Outside there is a spacious garden separated into two areas, with the top area fenced to allow dogs to run freely.

Smart TVs with Netflix and Disney+
The living room has a 55" smart TV and DVD player. Two of the bedrooms are equipped with TV's with access to smart apps including Netflix and Disney+.

Fast wifi connection throughout the house so you can stay connected.
Parking
Ample parking for up to 4 cars in the courtyard directly outside the house.
Family friendly
Travel cot, high chair, children's books and toys, children's tableware.
2 bathrooms
Two bathrooms each fitted with a standalone shower. The upstairs bathroom also features a large corner bath with shower attachment.
Bedding and essentials
Bedding is included as standard. Each guest will be provided with one bath towel and one hand towel. Hangers and hairdryers are available in each room.
Heating
Central heating plus 2 log burning stoves with 2 baskets of logs, kindling and firelighters.
Cleaning facilities
Washing machine, tablets, clothes airer, iron and ironing board.
Kitchen appliances
Appliances include fridge freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, dishwasher.
Utensils
Well stocked kitchen with enough crockery and cutlery for meals throughout the day and all the pots, pans and utensils you need for cooking.

Outside seating area and two large fenced off garden areas - perfect for dogs to run around.

Great stock of games and reading material to keep the whole family entertained.
